Introduction

When a teenage boy on probation loses his grandfather and tries to live on his own, his mother, thought to be dead, reappears. A delicate tale of an immature parent and a boy who cannot grow up, with an engaging cast.

To deepen their understanding of young offenders' psychologies and circumstances, the cast and crew stayed at a genuine reformatory facility. The film was shot entirely on location at actual institutions, which adds a unique realism. TV drama regular Seo Young-ju exudes both immaturity and world-weariness in his third film appearance, and popular singer Lee Jung-hyun plays a new type of mother figure, unable to fend for herself yet endearing.
